World’s Best Fudge Brownies

World’s Best Fudge Brownies
Brownies are the best, say all teenagers across the country! Yet there are so many GOOD recipes for brownies and they are all different. I love this recipe for brownies because not only are they super delicious, but they are so simple to make. You will never have to buy box brownies again, seriously! If you love to make food stable mixes, this is one to add to your list too! With the sealing food saver attachments for jars, like this:
this is one amazing product we happily place on the dry food shelf year after year. For my amazing canning friends, thanks for checking out this great recipe, but did you know they make the jar lid sealer now that do NOT require the attachment to a vacuum sealer, they are electric. If you have been doing this year after year, you can already imagine the advantages of not having to take out your sealer each week you put up mixes and vacuum seal products. The best part is that the kits are under $20.00, this is a tiny commission item if you purchase it, so I am not supposed to write an official price. However, today they are under $20 and have an extra 5% coupon on them this week. So if you are looking to upgrade, click on the photo below. Okay, on with it!
Whether you are looking for a recipe to put up in storage, on an extreme budget make-over, penny pinching, trying to find a delicious DIY recipe or something for the next fellowship feed- this recipe checks ALL the boxes.
First, you need a large bowl. ( I use the kitchen aid- which works great, just do not over mix. AND again, best wedding gift you can give someone EVER, thank you! It is 20 years and still going strong!)
Next, whip 2 stick of butter in the kitchen aid. (Or 1 Cup of butter.) Mix in 1 1/4 Cup of granulated sugar, 1 Cup of brown sugar and 1 1/2 Tablespoons of pure vanilla extract. Mix quick and lightly.
Wipe away the sugar caked to the sides of the bowl and add 1 Cup of cocoa, 4 large eggs and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Stir just enough to mix the ingredients as you add the last cup of flour. Remove from the Kitchen aid and mix lastly by hand before pouring it into a 9X13 baking dish. (I actually make a tad thicker due to doubling the recipe and baking this in a half sheet Wilton pan for family fun night, gatherings, cookouts and/or special occasions.)
