Graham Cracker Coffee Cake Recipe
Preaheat oven at 350 degrees.
With 1 box of yellow cake mix, mix as directed.
In a zip lock bag, crush AND mix (by squeezing the bag) 12 full crackers, 3/4 Cup of brown sugar & 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Add in 2/3 Cup of very soft butter, mix by squeezing bag.
Pour 1/2 of the cake into a greased cake pan.
Sprinkle half of the cracker mixture over the top.
Carefully pour and spread the second half of the cake batter in the pan.
Top with remaining graham cracker mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Best served warm. This is a great breakfast bake to go with fruit for your kids, your home daycare or company coming!
