Easter Breakfast and Brunch Collection: Delicious Breakfast Food

And many of your favorite dishes can be slightly altered for breakfast. Do not forget if you are feeding a crowd, you can always go Crockpot or Nesco style to create more of a buffet bar. Do not forget you can make breakfast quesadillas, breakfast burritos, breakfast tacos, breakfast skillet potatoes, breakfast baked potatoes, and so on. Just slightly change your flavor profile and your toppings and you are good to go! Also your favorites can be prepared slightly different to feed a hungry crowd for a brunch too!

If you are unfamiliar with Breakfast Tacos, here is a great recipe.

Like Shrimp and Grits– YUM!

Also, depending on your crowd size and desires, do not forget your tradition Easter or Ressurection foods. Sliced ham can be cooked ahead or served with all the sides if you desire. Or, potatoes. If you do not want mashed potatoes and gravy, remember potatoes make great pancakes, fried skillets (plain or loaded with ham, peppers, onions, mushrooms and/or anything you desire.) You could even go the fried potatoes, cubed ham, cabbage and onion for a side. But also pancakes, waffles, fruit breads, spreads and bakes can be made single serve. Make use muffin tins for single serve egg cups or bakes. Mason jars work great for parfait, fruit cups and/or flavored quick oats. You can also bake in glass jars for more single serve options.

Have a beautiful Resurrection Sunday Service!
